[Resolved] Airtel — Non Availability of Mobile Internet Service | |||||
It is intimated that I had recharged for internet service for Rs.175 on 03 Aug 2016. Transaction ID:[protected] No service was available despite repeated complaints. Then you illegally deducted Rs.35/ - on 09 Aug as internet usage charges. Repeated Calls made to 121 & 198 were not fruitful as communication with executive was not available. On 14/08 I was able to speak to your executive around 6.15 pm. Thereafter he made some settings & internet worked for sometime. Now the same is not available. You are cheating your customers. Your service is the worst in India. I don't know what service you are providing in other countries. Your appellate authority has not bothered to call or even understand my problem. His reply was that I have been charged Rs.35/- as usage charges without even going through my complaint. It is certain to me that the appellate authority has not even read my complaint or is unable to read & comprehend the communication. Your clients deserve better service.
