Airtel — non compliance of new broadband connection

I am issuing stop payment to the cheque issued for new broad band connection under 999 plan, the reason is your people here are totally misguiding us as i am eligible for 40 mbps speed and uninterrupted service. But after your representative visited me to get the documents and cheque now they say after verifying there is defect in the box and it will take some time for rectification and only after that that the connection will made through and apart from that the feasibility in my area is only up to 16 mbps. I am really surprised and upset tp hear from your people the beginning itself is not good and how can i expect an uninterrupted broadband from your side since i am a customer of bsnl for the last 30 years and there is no problem with except the speed and i intend to switch over to you only for the speed and your people bungled at start itself as reducing my speed eligibility from 40 to 16 mbps and that too only after sometime. So i am really upset with your promises and hence i am not switching over to you
