Airtel — non compliance of service after trai's guidelines and roll out of plans from 1 st feb2019. | |||
My customer id is [protected]-001, airtel has suspended my account and tv is blacked out even ftas have been stopped. They are neither confirming activation of my new opted plan as per trai guidelines nor keeping ftas on after 6 days of the deadline i. E. 1 st feb 2019. Every time when i complaint they will start the services temporarily and stop it at their whims. They are in a way making fun of customers in wake of trai guidelines. They insist on more on recharge in current account which is definitely costlier than one which has been selected. I have already recharged my account with ₹ 200 on 15/1, 20/1 and 22/1. Aggregating to ₹600 against 959/ month plan. Every time they insist on recharge which will go against existing plan. Not activation of new plans deliberately is the policy to fetch more money from the customer. It us requested to deal with such service providers sternly to stop unnecessary harassment of customer.
