Airtel — non connectivity

My mobile number is [protected]. Which is postpaid, but for the past 3 days i can’t make call and when i make calls it states that pls recharge for your prepaid number [protected]. I have gone airtel showroom, representative said there is technical issue which will be rectified by rod, later i called customer care also and enquired but resolution, still my mobile number is not working
