Airtel — Non-credit of 3g data.

Online recharge of Rs 101 for 3g was made for prepaid airtel mobile no. [protected] on 21/02/2015 vide txn id[protected] and the same amount was deducted from the bank account with SBI transaction Ref no. IGOOQEZJRO. Complaint was registered in airtel Complaints website with reference no. PR[protected] & PR[protected] and subsequent registered Ref no. CONRC[protected] & CONRC[protected]. Despite several attempts to contact customer support for resolution of the problem the 3g data plan as paid for is yet to be credited nor the same amount has been reversed back to the same account. Request to resolve the issue.
