[Resolved] Airtel — Non-credit of recharge amount of Rs.64/- on 07.06.2016 against Mob. no. [protected] | |||||
I got my mobile [protected] recharged with rs.64/- on 07.06.2016 through sbi internet banking in bill payment section (Top up recharge). Rs.64/- debited from my account. My credit was not done by airtel. I contacted airtel customer care on 198 on 07.06.2016 in the night they replied that problem is related to sbi. I complained to sbi on 08.06.2016, sbi replied that amount was successfully given to merchant. I against contacted airtel customer care, they gave same routine reply. Now, i am not able to understand as to where recharged amount of rs.64/- gone. It is therefore requested that please enquire into the matter positively and credit the recharged amount of rs.64/- to my airtel no. [protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||||
