Airtel — non delivery of new sim card | |||
Hi. I added a no to my airtel postpaid connection after a call from your executive. The no added was a pre paid no. And it was to be chnaged to a post paid no. Now its been more than a month the sim card has not been delivered to me. There has been no follow up from your office. I had to call your office every time to ask when will the sim card be delivered. I have faced a lot of inconvience because i could not use my no. And above that i had to buy another sim card. How is this issue going to be resolved. I want to discontinue with the new scheme as well as i want my pre paid no to work as it worked before. The charges of adding the other no has been added to my postpaid bill though i never received the new sim card and the pre no is also not working since 18th april. Was this information helpful? | |||
