Airtel has disconnected my account due to a technical issue from their end and it’s not been working since april 28.
I have repeatedly contacted them to resolve the same with no avail. It’s my official number connected to all my important information and yet they haven’t sorted out the issue for over 11 days.
I’m unable to port the number since it’s labelled inactive by airtel.
They seem to have no idea how to resolve it and have been dodging my complaint telling - technical issue so far with no real action taken.
I have been without network due to airtel’s fault for 12 days now! Was this information helpful? |
