Airtel — non functional of video call - reg. | |||||
Dear sir/ madam, I have been using the airtel sim for the last so many years but presently it seems that it is better to port to some other network. As i was not able to make video calls from this network and regarding the same i had called to customer care also when i called in the morning the gentleman from customer care had given me a complain no. I. E, [protected]. As the complain was not resolved to enquire the same i had called the customed care again and told all the matter to the lady representative on the other side on the answer given by the lady i was surprised and felt to change my network, initially she me told me that it is a network problem but when i told her that network is very good and it is showing 4g in the network box then i don't know how she told me that airtel is not having a facility of direct video calling and advised me to use third party application viz., whatsapp, facebook, skipe. I sincerly request the authorities to please take a necessary action towards solwing my problem of video calling. And again it is a humble request that customer care representatives should be directed to provide the exact information not all this kind of excuses. Thank you and looking forward to any solution.
