Airtel — Non installation of Airtel Xstream Broadband despite complete payment | |
We opted for Airtel Xstream broadband connection (6 months plan) and made payment on 13 August 2021 (receipt attached). We have made numerous calls (more than 10) to the concerned representative of your company on[protected], but till date our connection is not yet made. This kind of pathetic service from such a reputed brand like yours is not expected. We’ve already lost 5 days of non availment of your services due to poor service from your end. We demand full refund on immediate basis or confirmed deadline for installation. Moreover, our end date for renewal should be adjusted accordingly from the date of installation.
