Airtel — Non-Installation of my Internet | |||
I submitted a form and all my documents and Rs.4770 cheque to an Airtel representative on 4th may.He assured that the connection would be installed by 5th of May...Its the 7th and no one has installed it till now. Today someone called from Airtel and told me that the connection could not be installed due to the box is full of connections in my area and so no more new connections can be taken and hence the cheque would be refumd.This is very bad service I have experienced from Airtel. I am an advocate of Calcutta High Court and because of your assurance I surrendered my old broadband connection and now I am facing huge problems. Now I have to pay again for the installation charges of my previous broadband connection.This has left a very bad impression on me about Airtel.I don't want my cheque to be refund but I want the installtion to be done.
