Airtel — non issue of itemised bill | |||||
I'm using airtel from past 4 years and recently added 3 child nos. For first 4-5 months i received the itemised e bill and later on they stopped sending it for child nos. And providing itemised bill only for primary number. With this regard i requested for itemised bill for 3child (Add on) numbers but no one s supported even enquired with customer care several times from past 2months and even visited airtel outlet at kumar swamy layout). When i approached airtel outlet they ll treat us like a beggars and answer negligently saying you try vth customer care. But when i call to customer care they ll say itemised bill cannot be provided for child numbers. But my question is very simple without knowing the details how can i pay the bill amount. With disappointedly looking to stop using airtel and informing all of my friends the problem im facing through social media. However i look forward to hear a resolution at the earliest.
