Airtel — non-issue of prepaid sim card | |||
I lost mobile (No. [protected]) on 05th august'2019 and blocked my prepaid sim card. I submitted required documents for name/user change to get sim card at gudiyattam airtel office, vellore district, tamil nadu. Even after 21 days, i didn't get my prepaid sim card for the number: [protected]. Every day i am calling airtel office for sim card and airtel staffs says that they will call back once it is ready. But i think, they will never call me as they are not interested to work. I am suffering because of poor service by gudiyattam airtel office. Please take necessary action to get my sim card.
