[Resolved] Airtel — non migration of prepaid to postpaid as well as huge harassment by airtel customer care and airtel store | |||||
I have applied for migration from prepaid to postpaid on 30.06.2017 as well as on 17.07.2017. But both the time i have to face full harassment. On 30.06.2017 my correspondence address was seeded wrong in your records by your data feeder. And address verification was done for wrong address. Where is my mistake. I call your customer care center many times but they only told me to visit airtel store and submit new documents. Next on 17.07.2017 i visit airtel store there one employee rupinder give me a new 4g sim and told me that it twill activate by tomorrow by address verification and tele verification. But till date nothing has been done. The boy nitin there was totally non co-operative. He didnt know how to deal with customers and give customer service and talk to customer. Between 30.06.2017 to 17.07.2017 i was unable to recharge my number due to change in service class and my balance was zero which also results in financial loss to me. I was totally unable to contact my near and dear ones and my colleagues. As i am a banker i have a huge usage of mobile but due to unavailability of balance in my mobile i was totally unanswerable to my bosses and colleagues which tarnish my image in respect of my work. I am going to sue this company and i have alll the records and call recordings with customer care and airtel store. Was this information helpful? | |||||
