[Resolved] Airtel — Non providing of 3g service and 3g data balance exhausted without use | |||
Yesterday at around 11 p. M, i had recharged 1gb 3g data valid for 3days on payment of rs. 94 through ptm service and used approximate 160 mba during yesterday 11pm to today 11 am but i am shocked, when i have checked my 3g balance and found zero. In addition, airtel not provide 3g speed even after fulfill all required measures whereas, i had received the 3g speed in same network, same mobile/sim just few days back. In this regard, i have communicated with customers care executive through customer care no. 198 just few minutes before but neither she has solved my problem nor satisfied with her reply. As the 3g pack, only valid for 3days and just 1day to left, request take appropriate action at the earliest to solve my problem so that i can be utilized my data pack completely otherwise i will compelled to file a consumer case against airtel.
