Airtel — non provisioning of data on child number [protected] | |||||
Sir On 25 jun 18 i upgraded my plan from 649 to 799 with the aim to add my child number [protected] which otherwise was a prepaid number and working fine. However, the number was added but no data was allocated or wasn't available for use for 4 days i was then advised by the airtel customer care to disconnect the child plan on [protected]. Once i disconnected this number from the family plan on 29 jun an automatic 399 postpaid plan was active and began working fine. I thus readded this number to child plan and hain the data on family plan wasn't available for browsing. Request resolve to ensure that i get data to use in my child number [protected] while in family plan. Was this information helpful? | |||||
