Airtel — Non-Receipt of Network in my Mobile [protected] | |||
I am a senior citizen of more than 78 years of age & have undergone heart bye - pass surgery. Have Airtel Mobile connection [protected]. Already paid the charges up to 07.05.2021. For the last 1 month, there is no network connectivity. due to that I am not able to receive any calls & OTPs, which is causing me a great loss & inconvenience. I have complained a number of times, but no action has been yet taken to restore the connectivity. Earlier Airtel was providing best services & any complaint was attended within hours. I once again request you to take an urgent action to restore Network connectivity. Was this information helpful? | |||
