I booked new connection on1 April23.I paid four thousand on same day. During visit of technician he informed that due to technical issue, services cannot be provided.
At least amount should should have been refunded, on Sunday ie 9 April, I lodged complaint on no 198 and gentleman assured that I will receive refund within 48 hours.

This is not expected from corporate like Airtel by giving evasive and irresponsible replies.
In case amount is not refunded within next 48 hours I will discontinue all mobile and net services and switch to JIO.
Please take necessary and urgent action.
Mails are not responded by nodal officer, then what is role of nodal officer
