I am K.A Venkatraman resident of 1108-c kukreja residency Wt Patil Marg chembur (E) Mumbai 400071 with mobile no [protected].Ihad approached your company Alam with Mobile no [protected] for airtel net connection some times back.They had taken Rs1000 (one thousand only0 as installation charges.They couls not install the same due to cble problem so Iasked him to refund my advance. So far the refund has not been made .Please investigate and let me know when I will get the refund
