I had applied for airtel broadband connection on 14th april 2018. However, the airtel is quite costly than any other broadband service and i was expecting good service from them. So, i have paid 3 months advance to get the connection. But their service was very poor. By anyhow they managed to provide me connection after delay and it was not working properly. Even i was not getting 1 mbps speed also.
I requested them to disconnect the service as it was not fulfilling my needs. They assured me to give my refunds after deducting amount for 7 days but now its already one month they are not giving me refund.
At least i have to take another connection to get my work complete. From almost one month they are assuring me for refund. Now its time to refund but they are saying again they will take 15 days. By anyhow they are managing to make it 3 months so that they don't have to pay anything to me.
Recently i came to know in my area most of other customers also faced the same issue and they never got good service from them.
By anyhow airtel is managing to survive in the market and take money by fooling their customer.
Can you guys be able to do something so that i can utilize my money on proper service. Was this information helpful? |
