Respected Sir,
I would like to rise a complaint on non refund of failed recharge transactions through My Airtel app.
I used the app to recharge my airtel account number [protected] with my debit card but the transaction was unsuccessful owing to the "Technical error" message shown by the app.
However the amount was debited from my bank account for the same transactions.
Details are as below.
1. 24/06/2019 - Rs.98 - OTHPG862114 PAY*WWW AIRTEL in GURGAON
2. 24/06/2019- Rs 100 - OTHPG862478
PAY *WWW AIRTEL IN GURGAON.
