I had performed recharge of Airtel No - [protected] from Airtel App linked to Number - [protected] on 04.04.2020.
Initially, I had attempted to pay Rs. 399/-through SBI Net Banking. The amount had been deducted from my SBI Account vide transaction ID - IGAIKTYGS2 for Rs. 399/- but the recharge had not been processed in My Airtel App. Subsequently, I had to make another attempt in my Airtel App and performed the payment through Amazon Pay which was successfully processed.
I requested Airtel to refund the amount of Rs. 399/- which was deducted from my SBI Account but not processed in My Airtel App.
However, they did not take necessary action & initiate the refund . I had tried to contact Airtel Customer Care Official regarding this from 04/04/2020, but no one is responding from there.
I am thus having to incur financial loss with no fault of mine.
