[Resolved] Airtel — non-response from the customer care in spite of repeated requests | |||
I have re-charged an amount of Rs.200/- to my prepaid mobile number ([protected]) through airtel site (www.airtel.in), by directing through Citrus. After deducting the amount from my bank account, the amount was not credited to my mobile number. Instantly, I dialled 198 and talk to representative of Service Centre, but they did not response to grievances/problem; thereafter they disconnected the line usually after processed from the service centre to the main line twice.
