Airtel — non transfer from postpaid to prepaid mobile number

My number [protected] was transferred in my name ' khalid janab khan' from my wife "neeta khanna" on 13th july. 2017. It is a postpaid number and i approached your local office in masoodpur, vasant kunj, new delhi - 110070 to have it change in prepaid but i was denied without giving any reason. May i request your kind self to direct the concerned person to do the needful immediately.

My no.[protected] .I have recharge 399 date 23/7/2017 company give me u l std calls and par day 1 gb data for 84 days .but i have not use data .
i call the customer care but no budy help me
