Airtel — noncompliance with trai rule | |
I want to make a complaint about my Airtel d2h servicr provider. My Airtel DTH customer Id is [protected]. I got fed up of their highly irresponsible and arrogant behaviour towards me. They are not implementing the new TRAI guidelines even I selected and submitted my own channels as per new guide lines via internet and even submission through television QR code on 27 Jan19 and 02 Feb 19 respectively. I contacted Airtel customer care minimum 8 to 10 times which requires minimum 15 to 30 minutes each time to talk to them thus wastage of our time. Then also got no results as either they are not responding or dropping my call . I got four times 48 hrs assurances to get the issue resolved till date since 27 Jan 19 and against complaint No.[protected] dated 02 Feb 19. So far they are giving me assurance only and no result which resulted totally wastage of my time and financial loss in terms of high value of present subscription. So I request you, please look into the matter and take strict actions by penalizing them for non compliance with TRAI rules. Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |
