[Resolved] Airtel — Nonr providing information regarding increase in monthly package charges in the last 3 years | |||
CUSTOMER ID : [protected] Airtel DTH is increasing monthly package charges without any reason. In this connection I sent a mail on 26.05.16 to customer care DTH to advise how many time the monthly package charges had been increased i.e. date of enhancing package charges amount increased in the last three years. The Airtel not replying me and and I have send nine reminders . The matter had also been referred to the DTH nodel officer with 6 reminders. The Airtel DTH is not providing the information in respect of increase in monthly package charges in the last three years. None providing the information is an act of exploitation of the consumer.
