Airtel — Nonreceipt of recharge benefit on unlimited pack

I Recharged With Unlimited Pack 128 Rsbut Not Able To Make Calls. Through Facebooki Was Told Again To Do Another Unlimited Pack To Avail Benefit. Also Appellate Has The Same Opinion. I Asked Why Again I Should Buy Same Pack To Use. They Are Silent. I Am Asking For Refund ( Through Internet Banking). Please Note

Surprisingly They Dont Have Provision:

[2] 121 Failed On Above Subject
[3][protected] Failed On Above Subject
[4]Sms To 121 Not Successful No Provision At All
[5]Sms To 51234 Hopeless No Provision At All
[6] Nearest Store Locator Failed Too.
[7]Airtel Appellate Also In Sync. Have Unlimited Pack And Adviced Another Unlimited Pact To Use The First. No Answer From Them Too.
