Airtel — not able to activate data pack. | |||||
Dear team, I am not able to activate my special offers data pack in my mobile, even though having high balance in mobile sum of inr458 and also i requested your customer care service, but they are not responded to my problem. My concern is having with high balance why i am not able to activate the data plans, please resolve my issue and activate plan of 448 asap. Thanks and regards. Bharath s [protected].
