Airtel — Not able to activate IMessage and Face Time on my IPhone | |||
I just changed my iPhone from iPhone 11 to iPhone 13 I am not able to activate iMessage and Face time and keep getting message that it could not be activated. I changed the sim from post paid to prepaid and added money and the iMessage and Face time got activated as soon as the SMS was sent and Rs 5 got deducted. I have spoken to customer care at Airtel and they have been doing basic trouble shooting and not able to solve the problem. Have spoken to apple team also, and they are saying that it is a carrier issue as changing the sim can solve the problem, As per them the postpaid sim is not able send the activation sms to apple, due to which the activation is not happening.
