Airtel — not able to activate new sim

Sir i have purchased a new sim on 12/12/18 and till now m not getting tower on my phone and on calling 59059 its automatically disconnected. I have called multiple times to customer care but getting hpoeless answer and i have contacted retailer also and he said he has submitted all documents successfully so plz try to solve it and activate it as soon as possible

Nobody help me.
When I made call from my airtel number to other numbers, it shows on mobile screen that this no. [protected] is not registered on network. My a/c on airtel is showing active and has sufficient balance . You have not sent any message regarding to my number .
