Airtel — not able to connect to customer executive and poor network | |||
I am writing this after a huge disappointment from airtel services. They auto activated a pack of some 6t seconds wap by deducting some amount from my balance. I never initiated the requested for this. The worst thing is that when i tried calling customer services to stop this service and get the refund, was really annoyed on the failure to connect to their executive. The long list of the ivr options is just a pain in the # and that also when you are still not able to find your relevant option. I am trying to connect to them since yesterday afternoon. Other disappointment is the poorest network in a well-known location in chandigarh which is my work location. Really i never expected this kind of service from airtel.
