Airtel — not able to connect to customer executive | |||
Dear sir, I purchased an airtel 4 g sim (Mobile no. [protected]) on 09th jan 2018. Since that time neither internet is working nor call works smoothly and also i am not able to send sms. Regarding this when i tried a number of times to connect to customer care executive but again i am not able to connect to them. They claim to be the fastest network. But they are cheating and looting using that name and banner. They cheat. Due to this i have suffered a lot such as banking/ personal/ official and others. They do not care about customers. In my area Airtel network is not available plz provide network in my area

I have recharged my number with 448 pack and it's still active with unlimited voice
I had a balance of more then 82 but my balance got deduced on voice class in the past few days

Please let me know why this happened
This is very disobedient form airtel if they keep on doing this I have to change my operator
