Airtel — Not Able to do incoming or outgoing calls after converted from postpaid to prepaid

Hi, I have converted one of my postpaid number to prepaid, I have done all verification and done first recharge also but still I could not able to do any outgoing or incoming calls from newly converted SIM even I could not able to reach out customer care executive from that number by calling 121. But I have called to customer care many times from my another postpaid number but still they are saying that technical team need to provide update on this until that your mobile will be like this only we can not help on that and we will escalate like this only they are saying. So please make it as high priority and look into it ASAP because due to this suspension my work getting affected and am getting loss My mobile number: +91-[protected]
