Airtel — not able to get incoming calls since last 3 days

Inspite of repeatedly speaking to customer care of airtel i am not able to receive incoming calls on my number since last 3 days. Everytime customer care is saying that we are checking the problem but there is no resolution to my problem.

I am using airtel since almost last 10 yrs and expect some services from them.

I am working in a bank and have to deal with corporates and they are not able to reach me as my incoming is not working.

Need immediate resolution to my query.
