I have recharged Airtel annual pack for my mobile on 17th July 2022 for the amount of INR 2999. So far they are not able to generate soft copy of the bill and provide it to me.
Raised a request on 30th July 2022 with complaint number CUDRR3BLR[protected], and request is closed on 9th August with no resolution.
A follow up request has been raised CUDRR3BLR[protected] on 06th Aug 2022 but no resolution yet.
I was finally told by Customer care after multiple attempts that I need to send the snapshot of the app where I am not able to download the receipt, which I was noted told so far during follow ups.
I really do not understand how long airtel needs to generate soft copy of the payment that was made. Providing the bill is the basic need for any transaction.
Attached proof contains my mobile number at the top. Expecting early action.
