[Resolved] Airtel — Not able to receive an Incoming calls and sms & no outing SMS facility | |||
Am not able to receive an incoming calls and sms for my airtrel number [protected] Also not able to send sms from past 1 week. I even called up the customer care for more than 7 times no response had been to airtel outlet still no response. This is very annoying the customer executive says you will get an call from technical team but no response and outlet care says it will sort by end of the day. Very bad service and torture. Am problem is not yet resolved am still not getting the incoming calls and SMS & no outing SMS. Airtel says they have solved but its not yet solved am so frustrated with them please so consider this problem as high priority. Also its been 1 month that my phone number [protected] has same problem.
