Airtel — not able to recharge from any internet platform/mobile wallets | |||
Hi concern My number is [protected]. I'm not able to recharge my number thru any internet platform or mobile wallet. I also tried with airtel payment wallet, but can not do that too. In other platforms it says "airtel declined the order" & in airtel payment wallet it says "translation failed" However, when i went to airtel retailer, the sales person can recharge my number normally (Without internet) I request airtel authority to look into this matter & solve it on the earliest.
