Airtel — Not able to Recharge from any platform

Hi,
I have recently migrated from prepaid to postpaid plan. I am not able to recharge my mobile from any platform, not even Airtel thanks app. I have opted for 1 year plan Rs.1498. I have visited Airtel showroom and they said I need to do a basic recharge first and then go for a yearly plan. But I have directly done and yearly recharge without doing the basic recharge after prepaid migration was completed. That is the reason I am not able to do any recharge now. They said they cannot help and I need to call customer care to resolve this but I am not able to get to the customer care executive as well. I am stuck now. Request Airtel to resolve this as soon as possible.
