I ported from bsnl to airtel on jan 6th. From then on recharge to that number is always failing. Tried recharging through retailer and online as well. Nothing worked. Raised this issue with customer care multiple times. They assured that issue will get resolved in few days and i waited for around 20 days. It's of no use. Visited airtel relationship center at 7th main, btm stage 2 around 20 times. This also is of no use.
Finally relationship center guys suggested me to move from airtel prepaid to postpaid. I accepted and did submit the application for the same on 16th march. Until now the number is prepaid only. It hasn't changed to postpaid. Not able to recharge it also.
This mobile number is my main contact number and have shared it with many people. Just because i don't want to lose this number, i had to bear all this.
This is such an unexpected bad experience i had with airtel. I'm fed up of talking to so many customer relationship people with no proper outcome of it. No one is even able to tell me what exactly is the issue and why the recharge to that number is not working.
