Airtel — not able to recharge my number ([protected]) | |
Hi team, This is regarding conversion of number [protected] from postpaid to prepaid. On 14th march, we have raised a request for conversion for the mentioned number from postpaid to prepaid at airtel customer care in chrompet, chennai. The executive told it will get converted into prepaid in 4 days and the outgoing will be disconnected, after that we need to recharge accordingly. The outgoing got disconnected on 17th march, but still now we are not able to recharge the number. Whilst recharging we are getting the message please enter a valid prepaid number. I have tried calling customer care multiple times to resolve this issue, they are saying it has been converted from postpaid to prepaid. But still i am not able to recharge number for the past 2 weeks and i am facing much difficulties because of this. Can you please check and do the needful to resolve this issue at the earliest?
