Airtel — not able to recharge my phone

I have moved to airtel's prepaid services. I have not been able to recharge my phone since yesterday. I have tried recharging my phone for more 10 times in the past 24 hours and all my transactions have been failed. This is highly insensitive as when i called the customer care they were unable to help me with this issue. My livelihood works on me calling people and picking others calls.
I have mailed the nodal officer related to this problem and the company hasn't resolved it till now.

My mob no is [protected]. Services to this no are stopped/not available since morning of today I. e. 8-9-2019 without any intimation, even if no dues are outstanding against this no, I have cleared all the dues n the stoppage of services without intimation appears unjustified, I therefore hope the services will be restored immediately
