[Resolved] Airtel — Not able to select Lower Package | |||
Hi, I have purchased DTH services from Aitle last year and pay 3000 Rs for HD Set Top box and 3000 for 1 year HD package. After complete - 1 year - right now I am not affording HD package value and want to down grade my services - but Airtel telling me that he change the policy and must need to select HD package only. My Customer ID: [protected] When Airtel is sending offer to existing customer to change the Normal to HD set top box - why they are not alerting like this type of condition?
