Airtel — Not able to send and receive sms - Airtel Karnataka- [protected] | |||||
Hi, I have called customer care 10 times and registered my complain about this. Since I am not receiving SMS on my number so I don't have any complain no. However same can be verified from your back end team. Its been 3-4 months, I am not able to send and receive SMS using my Airtel Sim 1. I have tried changing phone 2. I have re-verified SMS Center number 3. I have done the factroy reset as well. But still no use. Please escalate this case, and resolve it at earliest.
