Airtel — Not able to send or receive message | |||
My self Bhupesh Kumar Patel and am user of Airtel number [protected]. I relocated from Pune to Bangalore, and also got ported my number from Maharashtra to Karnataka in July 2nd week. Since I ported my number I was not able to send any message to any number, I visited your outlet 5-6 times, they said that they are working on this, but no resolution. I also called customer care many times, but no luck, they always that we have escalated your issue, and it will be resolved in 4 hours, but it is never resolved. 2 days back I again visited your Airtel outlet, and they suggested for SIM swap, and after this it is two days, I am not able use SMS service, neither I am able to send messages not I am receiving any messages. I also visited your outlet today, but they are not able to resolve it. Can you guys look into the issue on priority and resolve it as soon as possible, if not possible to resolve then please let me know, will stop using Airtel services.
