Since last 2 months i am not able to send message (Sms) from my airtel prepaid mobile. I made complaint about the everywhere, even at airtel relationship center, customer care... But everybody failed.. They all saying we are working on the issue, but they are not able to solve the problem.
Now i came to know about a new problem, i am not to recharge my airtel account number...
Why this company doing this, i thought this is a big company which takes care about the customers. But now my openion is "airtel is for very bad service only"
