Airtel — Not able to use 4G service

Hi, i am a user of Airtel from last one year. On 21/11/2015 i got a msg from airtel that i have used 100% data allocated. So i have waited for new bill cycle which is every month of 2nd. But in the new bill cycle also i haven't rcv the 4G data. So for the same i have call customer care on 4/12/2015 and raised a complaint with reference number[protected]not able to use data service). And they told me to wait for 5 working days. But still i am facing the same problem. Even i have escalated the problem to Nodal officer and as well as appellate team. But no one knows the solution. Simply they are saying that i have consumed 100% of allocated data. So request airtel team to answer my below question : 1) On 21/11/2015 i got the msg stating that i have consumed 100% allocated data for the bill cycle. Than where is my new bill cycles allocated data (960 mb). 2) If i have used the data (mostly in between 03-04/12/2015), than pls provide me the usage details. 3) Who will pay the call charges money for what i have called to your nodal desk and appellate team. They are putting hold for minimum 15 min every time, as they will check the details in your system. Please help me on this. Sunil Nayak

Which is not correct. I have raised the complaint on[protected] stating that i am not able to use 4G services. As per my bill plan 960MB in 3G/4G and after that 2G unlimited. So can you tell me that what i have used the above data is in 2G, 3G or 4G. As per your customer care person that i have consumed 960 MB 3G/4G data before 4th December. And because of that i am not able to use 3G/4G data from 4th December. Can you return my 4G data 960 mb what i have paid in my last bill.
