[Resolved] Airtel — Not activating 4G service | |||||
I have requested airtel to activate 4g service on my number, as I am having a 4g sim and 4g compatible phone with me. The first time I request to activate 4g Service in mid of January, 2017. The representative assure that it will be activated in 4 days. but it was not activated. after this, I got busy with my office work for next three months so I did not got enough time to follow them. Now from last 20-25 days I am following airtel representative to active 4g on my number and in response they activing 3g service and send me message that 'Thanks you for contacting us. Hope the concern related to your airtel mobile number xxxxxxxxxx has been resolved to your satisfaction. your ref. no. is CMOAC[protected]' registered on 12-Apr-2017.' After lot of arguments and folloing them for last 25 days, today while talking to airtel representative, she informed me that 4g service is activated on your number, but again I am seeing 'H' not '4g' on my number and getting pathetic speed. when I ask, If 4g activated then why 'H' is still there and why the speed is still pathetic. In response, she started saying their is problem in the area you residing. I am sending a mail to technical team, you have to wait for another 72 hours. Every time I am calling them they saying the same thing to wait for next 72 hours. I have around 20 message of this type which airtel send me after every interaction with their customer care. and the best part they send another message every time 'If i am satisfied with the interaction please rate'. Every time they trying to make fool one or other way, like we are here to just listen there nonsense. Was this information helpful? | |||||
