Airtel — not active my custom channel | |||
Sir, My name is gowtham from kerala. I'm a customer of airtel dth (No: [protected]) as per trai i selected my own channels through tv channel no: 998 on jan 31st. But the channel's are not activated till 08.02.2019. I called customer care 5 times all times they told me to wait 24 hours. And also they suggest to activate their packages its more than my package amount. I'm attached the sms details with this complaint. Please do needfully. Was this information helpful? | |||
