I run a small company and have 2 airtel broadband connections[protected], and[protected].
A few months back, i received a call that my plan can be upgraded with a lot of added benefits and there will be no increase in monthly bill charges. I agreed to the upgrade request.
After the new plan came into effect, i started receiving inflated bills.
I contacted airtel via phone, and they said since it is a corporate connection, we need the request via email.
I sent the required email. Now they are asking for the request on the company's letterhead along with the signature and stamp of the director.
I am not able to understand that, how they can take an upgrade request over the phone, without even caring who is it on the other end, but why they can not downgrade the plan without getting a request from the official mail id, on the company's letterhead with the director's name and stamp?
Are they just trying to make sure that my plan remains the same?
I already had 3 connections with airtel, but stopped a connection after they started cheating me like this. Will stop the others as well soon. Was this information helpful? |
