I have asked for deactivation request of my airtel connection from Nov 10, 2021 but airtel customer care said they are facing backend issue as some migration is happening and they cannot deactivate my connection against I kept calling them every 2 days but no resolution. On 17th they finally raised a deactivation request and now they are charging me for those 7 days.
I even asked them proof of acknowledgement everytime I called them but sadly they don't give any but still I have mailed them on 14th to keep it as a proof of request of deactivation.
I spoke multiple times to customer care and asked explained them regarding this they also assured I need not pay bill and they have raised a request for clearing the bill.
It's 3 months now and still the bill of 70rs is being showed as pending. Ki dly help and take strict action against them for not giving importance to customers.
